Hi, I’m Laura! A personal trainer, strength coach, and lifelong athlete dedicated to helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through movement. With a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and nearly a decade of experience coaching athletes of all ages, I combine evidence-based training with a supportive, motivating approach. Whether you’re brand-new to fitness, returning from injury, or training for high-level competition, my goal is to meet you where you’re at and guide you to your fullest potential.
My career has spanned a wide range of coaching environments, including CrossFit gyms, collegiate weightlifting and powerlifting programs, youth sports, and private strength and conditioning facilities. I’ve served as a head coach, general manager, performance coach, and specialist in Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. In every role, I’ve designed programs, led group classes, coached one-on-one clients, and taught athletes the fundamentals of strength, mobility, nutrition, and recovery. I’ve trained everyone from middle-school athletes to national-level competitors — and I love helping each person find the training style that makes them thrive.
